WHO WE ARE

Established in September 2006, KMI Kuala Terengganu Medical Centre (KMIKT) is the first fully licensed private hospital in Terengganu. The Hospital is equipped with modern facilities and equipment to ensure customers’ satisfaction. Going extramile as a leading private healthcare of the state, KMI Kuala Terengganu has hit another milestone recently with the opening of its Cathlab making them the first Private Hospital offering intervention Cardiology services in Terengganu.

The eye-catching mega structure located along the beach of Pantai Batu Burok accommodates 121 single suites, 5 operating theatres, 2 maternity rooms, pathology laboratory, ICU/HDU and 20 private clinics to host our wide range of specialists: expertise from General Healthcare, to Eye Care, Women and Child Care, General Medicine, General Surgery, Dermatology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Orthopaedic, and Paediatric Care.

On top of that, the hospital is backed by a comprehensive Radiology Centre, an up to date Pathology Centre, a well-equipped Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre, and a 24-hours Accident & Emergency Services.

KMI Kuala Terengganu is managed by KMI Healthcare, a division of state-owned TDM Berhad, which also operates KMI Kuantan Medical Centre in Pahang, KMI Kelana Jaya Medical Centre in Petaling Jaya,, KMI Taman Desa Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur and KMI Tawau Medical Centre in Sabah.

Heading the commissioning team for Kuala Terengganu Specialist Hospital.
Planning and commissioned Cardiac & Cardiothoracic services in KTSH.
